Despite being preventable and curable, TB still affects millions of people every year, particularly in vulnerable communities. One of the biggest challenges is ensuring early, accessible, and patient-friendly diagnosis, especially where traditional sputum-based testing is difficult.
🌍 Ahead of World TB Day, the BreathForDx project is working to transform TB detection through exhaled breath aerosol sampling — a non-invasive, innovative approach designed to make diagnosis faster, safer, and more accessible across diverse healthcare settings.
